This is a huge problem that the field is facing today. Production of a huge mass of engineers wherein only a small fraction is employable. It is very difficult to locate a top notch engineer.- a person solely devoted to his field and capable of genuine contributions. This causes problem both to the employers and the budding engineers looking for a job in the market. From the employers point of view it is a rigorous and time and cost incurring process as the screening tests to filter and pick the best batch becomes crucial. However it is most crucial in the case of a new graduate who finds himself at a loss when refused at every door.
